The problem
Workshops miss calls when everyone is under a car. The agency needed an AI receptionist it could set up for each shop, and a way to know when one stopped working.
What we built
A phone line that rings through to an AI voice agent. The agent takes the caller, the job, the tyre size and a preferred time. An automation emails that summary to the shop and can put the booking in the calendar.
Checked every day, from outside
Once, the automation tool went silent for 11 days. A check living inside that tool would have gone silent with it.
So the health check runs on its own, outside the tool, once a day. Any problem opens an issue automatically, and that lands in our inbox.
