The problem
The clinic's numbers sat in booking system exports. The owner wanted to open a phone and see how the clinic is doing, without building a spreadsheet first.
What we built
A pipeline that pulls the exports, works out every figure once and checks it. A small private app then shows those figures on a phone, with alerts and a monthly brief. No AI. The brief is written from fixed rules.
How the numbers get checked
The owner makes decisions from these numbers, so every one of them is checked before it shows up.
Worked out once
Every figure is calculated once, in Python. The app only shows it and does no maths of its own.
Pinned by tests
Golden tests lock the numbers in, so a change that shifts a figure gets caught before anyone sees it.
Unknown means unknown
A missing value shows as unknown. It never shows as $0.
Invoices matched
Invoices are matched to appointments, and any estimate is clearly flagged.
Read only
The data pull only reads. It never writes to the booking system and stores no passwords.
Checks before publishing
New data only goes live after every check passes.
