The problem
The retreat operator wanted a membership hub for past attendees: exclusive content, early access to events, and recurring revenue without relying on third-party community tools.
What we built
A member hub with monthly and annual tiers, a video library, event registration with waitlists, and Stripe subscriptions. Onboarding flows and cancellation handling included.
