Challenge

Retreat operator wanted a membership hub for past attendees: exclusive content, early access to events, and recurring revenue without relying on third-party community tools.

Solution

Built member hub with tiered access (monthly/annual), video library, event registration and waitlists, and Stripe subscriptions. Onboarding flows and cancellation handling included.

My role

Full-stack design and build: auth, Stripe subscription tiers, Mux video gating, event and waitlist logic, email sequences, and deployment. Solo developer.
